A total solar eclipse will take place at the Moon’s ascending node on Monday, April 8, 2024, visible across North America and dubbed the Great North American Eclipse by some of the media. Here in Perry County, we are in the 90% viewing path, so we’ll have our greenspace at the Tell City location available for a viewing party!
There will be educational storytimes on the usual days/times throughout the week at both Tell City & Cannelton AND all locations and the bookmobile will have protective glasses to hand out or pick up around the beginning of April.
